A Journey to Personal Transformation
Greetings, let me briefly introduce myself to you. I earned my Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy in 1995. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the states of Texas, Colorado, Iowa, South Carolina, Utah and Virginia. My practice is 100% virtual.
My husband and I have been married for almost 30 years and we are proud parents to 2 young adult sons. I was a stay-at-home mom to our sons, a job I was fortunate enough to have had for 13 amazing years. After our children transitioned into young adulthood I returned to the field.
I am passionate about my work with all humans 21+, individuals, couples and families. Developing and maintaining a thriving therapeutic connection is essential for successful outcomes. Our work together will provide you with the necessary skills and tools to embrace the changes you desire. Together we will explore boundaries, connections, relationship conflict, goals, awareness, intentions, patterns, stories, fear, shame, blame, internal messaging, and mindfulness.
I am a decades long practitioner of meditation and yoga in order to find balance and to be centered.
I look forward to connecting with you !
Peace and Namaste
